Paying Online
1.All booking made are unconfirmed untill payment of agreed deposit has been recieved by P&G Productions.
2.Any outstanding money may be payed via another online payment, but must be received no later than 7 days before the event or the event will not take place.
3. Outstanding payment may also be made in cash at begining of the event if payment is not made then the event will not take place.
Cancellation
Should the Contract need to be cancelled by the Client, the following conditions apply:
(a) written notification must be received by the P&G Productions at least 28 days prior to the performance and 50% of the fee paid
(b) written notification must be received by the P&G Productions at least 14 days prior to the performance and 100% of the fee paid, less reasonable travelling expenses.
Failure To Perform
1. The Client shall not be required to pay P&G Productions for any engagement where we are unable to perform by reason of any cause beyond the Client's control such as National Mourning,snow, War, Fire, Acts of Terrorism, Strikes or Lock-Outs directly affecting the venue, or the by Order of the Licensing or any Public Authority having jurisdiction. In any such event, notice must be given to the Artiste immediately, failing which theClient must pay reasonable expenses.
2. In the event of the Artiste's illness the following provisions shall prevail. The word "illness" shall mean and include any bodily or mental infirmity.
P&G Productions shall, if required by the Client, submit to examination by a fully qualified medical practitioner nominated by the Client, with the costs of such an examination being borne by the Client.
Artiste Provisions
1. The Client is to provide a suitable performing area. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client must provide an electrical supply meeting or
exceeding British Standards within five metres of the performance area, where electrical equipment is to be used as part of a performance.
2. Where the Artiste is expected to wear stage clothing or costumes, the hirer must provide suitable dressing room facilities, toilets are not acceptable.
3. The Client is responsible for providing adequate supervision and/or security at all times. In the event of unruly or threatening behaviour from any individual, the Artiste is entitled to cease the performance and still be paid in full.
4.P&G Production will require entry to venue a min of 1 hour before any performence, and will require a min of 45min after performace for setup and breakdown of any eqipment.
5. Parking at venue is required for the duration of any event including setup and breakdown times
6. If the proformance will be on 1st floor or higher of any venue the client is to inform P&G Productions at least 7 days before the event .
